Michael Price, Founder, Managing Director
Michael brings over 30 years of experience in managing investments, banking, institutional funds, and portfolios for corporate executives. His proven ability to manage projects from planning through execution and completion, in addition to his excellent problem-solving skills are key to the success of his clients. Michael has been a licensed financial advisor since 1987 and the Director of European Development for a London-based law firm from 2004 – 2010. He has also assisted U.S. based companies in gaining access to European Capital Markets, filed dual listing on NYSE Euronext in Paris as part of the company’s strategy to expand investor ownership beyond the United States, and established business relationships with financial institutions while living abroad.
Additional achievements and experience for Michael include:
-Certified Member of the Investor Relations Society of London, Europe’s most prestigious body for Investor Relations practitioners
-Associate Member of the National Investment Bankers Association. NIBA.
-Member of the Future Lawyers Network- College of Law-London UK. Licenses
-Held licenses at the National Association of Securities Dealers, Series 7, 63, and Series 24 for supervision of financial representatives.

Rob Goldman, Managing Director, Research
Rob joined Marble Arch Research in 2016 and leads the company’s research effort. He founded Goldman Small Cap Research Inc. in 2009 and has over 20 years of investment and company research experience as a senior research analyst and as a portfolio and mutual fund manager. During his tenure as a sell side analyst, Rob was a senior member of Piper Jaffray’s Technology and Communications teams. Prior to joining Piper, Rob led Josephthal & Co.’s Washington-based Emerging Growth Research Group. In addition to his sell-side experience Rob served as Chief Investment Officer of a boutique investment management firm and Blue and White Investment Management, where he managed Small Cap Growth portfolios and The Blue and White Fund.

Sharon di Stefano, Managing Director, Research
Sharon joined Marble Arch Research in 2017 and leads our life sciences research effort. Ms. di Stefano is also the founder of SmallCap Forecasting, a firm involved in research, due diligence and reporting of public and private companies. Sharon has over 20 years’ experience as a sell-side healthcare analyst with a stellar track record in performance. In addition to work at a number of investment banks/broker dealers, Ms. di Stefano served as Senior Venture Officer for the Edison Innovation Fund, specializing in funding life sciences companies. She has also consulted for private life science companies and research organizations. A two-time Wall Street Journal All Star winner for her recommendations in the medical technology sector, Sharon has helped raise over $100 million for emerging and established health care companies. Ms. di Stefano received a Masters of Administrative Science degree, in Business, from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware.

Melodie Price, Managing Director, Corporate Events
Melodie was the Managing Director on the research side for her family company business Nelson Marketing Research, Inc . Melodie’s work has concentrated on the business developments in the qualitative marketing research areas and in conducting focus groups to reach the retail space. Melodie also conducts Investor Relations for companies that include having the companies profiled on Bloomberg Institutional Spotlight and visibility on our global distribution and channel partners.

Melodie manages our press releases and social media content for our website, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts . Melodie can assist your company at your next corporate event planning, corporate presentations, fundraisers, conferences, or at your next trade show and roadshow facilitation. Melodie has worked for the U.S. Government and brings over 20+ years’ experience working within the medical field and holds many certifications, including Clayton State University, Event & Meeting Planning.

Stanley Wunderlich, Principal
Mr. Wunderlich brings to his clients over 40 years of experience in Wall Street activities. A specialist in strategic corporate development and has participated in numerous initial public offerings, private placements of equities and institutional private equity offerings. Focused on companies new to the U.S. public markets, he works with businesses based in China, Greece, Sri Lanka, Canada, as well as the United States.
Mr. Wunderlich is noted for forging close relationships with key broker/dealers, venture capitalists, institutional investors, research analysts, media personnel and global private equity sources. Listed in the Who’s Who in Executive Management, Mr. Wunderlich is a former member of the American Stock Exchange Arbitration Panel and LIFT (Long Island Forum for Technology). He holds a B.A., L.L.B. and most credits toward his M.B.A. in Executive Management. A proud former United States Marine, a well-respected global Triathlete, he is a two-time “Ironman” World Championship finisher.
